Ever wonder what a really big fanpage looks like? You might be shocked to find out that your 500k fanpage is actually a grain of sand compared to these following fanpages.

#1 – Facebook for Every Phonefacebook-fan-page-icon-1

To no surprise, the number one fanpage belongs to Facebook. The fanpages represents their mobile application and is generally used for updates about new features. It boasts over 516,797,150 Fans! The activity is amazing, with single posts reaching 500,000 to 1 million likes, 100k+ comments and tons of shares. It seems that this fanpage is immune to the reach restrictions imposed by Facebook, which isn’t shocking since it exists to promote Facebook.

#2 – Facebook

This fanpage is also owned by Facebook (well they all are, but you know what we mean). It is there to promote Facebook, which is kind of ironic since you are probably on Facebook already if you stumbled upon it. Compared to their facebook app fanpage this one only (ekhmm, only) has 163,847,619 Fans. Just like the number one fanpage this one has amazing reach, with single videos reaching 25 million views. Imagine all that social power!

#3 – Facebook Sales Germany

It seems this was a facebook fanpage promoting facebook in Germany. The above URL is no longer valid, and it redirects users to facebook.com/facebook, which makes us believe that those two fanpages have been merged.

#4 – Cristiano Ronaldo

Link: https://www.facebook.com/Cristiano

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best soccer players in the world. 104,516,364 Fans prove that, and his activity speaks for itself. 500-1m likes per post, the fans simply adore this world-class football player.

#5 – Shakira

Link: https://www.facebook.com/shakira

101,631,851 Fans! World class performer nabbed the number five spot. However, compared to the above fanpages her activity is a little lower. The average likes per post average between 100-200k. The reach is still amazing, but when compared to the number of fans you can clearly see that it could (and should) do better.

#6 – Vin Diesel

Link: https://www.facebook.com/VinDiesel

We’re not shocked to see a hollywood performer grab the top spot. Mr. Diesel might not be on par with Robert DeNiro or Al Pacino, but on facebook he is the top dog. With over 94,177,328 Fans across the globe Vin has plenty of followers to entertain.

# 7 – Eminem

This controversial rapper has a bigger following on facebook than the pope! (even Jesus) However, the fans may be getting bored with the caucasian rapper, as 92,039,106 Fans should do better than 50k likes per post.

#8 – FC Barcelona

Link: https://www.facebook.com/fcbarcelona

85,648,991 Barcelona Fans prove yet again that football is the most dominant sport in the world. FC Barcelona is a well known, world class team.

#9 – Real Madrid CF

Link: https://www.facebook.com/RealMadrid

You can’t talk about FC Barcelona and not mention Real Madrid, as they are long time rivals and world class teams. It is kinda funny to see them right next to each other on this list, it seems that rivalry never stops between those two, even on facebook. Real Madrid has 83,424,924 Fans.

#10 – Rihanna

Link: https://www.facebook.com/rihanna

World known musician secures the number ten spot with 81,546,112 Fans.

Bonus! #11 – YouTube

Link: https://www.facebook.com/youtube

I know, I know, we said top ten, not eleven. But we noticed something strange about this one. Youtube fanpage boasts over 80,981,456 Fans, yet when you look closely, you will notice something odd. We’re talking about the activity. Youtube fanpage averages 400-800 likes per post, and honestly, we have seen 20k fanpages that can do those numbers. So what is going on here? Do these people don’t like youtube? Why all the fans then? Well, for starters, youtube belongs to Google, and Google owns G+. Google plus is google’s version of Facebook. Perhaps we’re seeing a little unfriendly and unfair competition here? While we don’t have proof one can wonder if Facebook didn’t purposely restrict the reach of youtube’s fanpage, to the point where it almost looks embarrassing.
