Frequently Asked Questions
Buying and selling social media accounts is simple once you have done it, but the first time raises plenty of questions. Here are the ones we answer most often. If yours is not covered, send us a message and a person will reply.
The short answers
How much is my Facebook page worth?
There is no fixed price list. Audience country, niche, page age, posting history and genuine reach all move the figure far more than follower count does. Most pages change hands for somewhere between a hundred and a few thousand US dollars. Send us the page URL for a free valuation with no obligation.
Will I lose my personal Facebook account if I sell a page?
No. A page is transferred by granting admin rights to the buyer and then removing yourself. Your personal profile, your friends and any other pages you run stay exactly as they are. Accounts on some other platforms do have to be handed over in full, and we tell you up front when that applies.
Does Facebook allow pages to be sold?
Ownership transfers are permitted in limited circumstances and with written permission. In practice most transactions happen without it, which carries real risk. That risk is one reason we keep every transaction private instead of advertising pages on open marketplaces.
How do I get paid?
PayPal is the default. Bank wire, Skrill and Bitcoin are also available, with some restrictions. Payment goes out the same business day once an offer is accepted and ownership is confirmed. Full detail on the payment options page.
Why are no pages listed publicly on this site?
Publishing which pages are for sale is how sellers lose them. Platforms monitor open marketplaces and remove what they find there, sometimes long after a listing appeared. Inventory is shown privately to approved buyers instead. Register as a buyer to see what is available.
Do you buy pages with fake or bought followers?
No. Bot filled and click farm pages are refused on intake. They cannot be monetised, they rarely last, and a single one would cost us more in reputation than it could earn.
Can I get a valuation without selling?
Yes, and plenty of people do. Valuations carry no obligation and we will not chase you afterwards. We contact you about the quote you asked for and nothing else.
Are you affiliated with Facebook or Meta?
No. FanPageCash.org is an independent marketplace with no affiliation to, endorsement by or sponsorship from Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other platform named on this site.
